LL Moody Properties, LLC offers secure, online rental payments through erentpayment.com. As a tenant, you will be given access to your personalized online portal where you can make rental payments, request maintenance or repairs, and build your credit.
The first step is to let your landlord know that you would like to submit payments through our online system. You will be sent an email with the registration instructions.
Payments are made using your checking account information and has a convenience fee of $3.50 per transaction.
HOW TO SIGN UP
How to Submit a One-Time ONLINE Payment:
Login to www.erentpayment.com by clicking the above link.
-Select Make Payment.
-Select the Checking or Savings account to submit the payment with if you have added multiple bank accounts to the system.
-Enter the Payment Amount.
-Select the Payment Type.
-Select the Month and Year the payment is for.
-If you want to schedule the payment to occur on a future date enter the date in the scheduled Date field. If you don't enter a Scheduled Date the payment will be submitted today.
-Select Next
-You will be presented with the Authorization screen so you can confirm the information is correct.
-Select Authorize to submit the payment
-You will receive an email confirmation for the payment.
How to Submit a One-Time PHONE Payment:
- Call 1-866-852-5366
- Renter will be required to provide the following:
- The Renter Code of the Property they are submitting a payment for.
- Their User Name.
- The last four digits of the Bank Account they are submitting the payment with.
HOW TO MAKE A RENT PAYMENT
Login to www.erentpayment.com by clicking the above link
- Select the REQUEST tab at the top of the screen
- Select the CREATE REQUEST button
- Complete the online form by entering the type of request, the property, the description of the issue, the urgency, and category.
- Submit online request.
HOW TO MAKE A MAINTENANCE REQUEST
Login to www.erentpayment.com by clicking the above link
- Select the PROPERTIES tab at the top of the screen.
- Select the REPORT PAYMENTS button the bottom of the screen.
- Complete the online form.
- Select the START REPORTING button.
